How do I export all of my past searches as a CSV?
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Organization admins can export your business searches from the console. You can export everything you have run, or only searches from a date range. The export runs in the background. When it's ready, you download a ZIP file.
How to run an export
In the console, open the business search page and click Exports. Only users with an admin role see this button.
Choose a start and end date, or leave both empty to export all searches. Then click Queue Export (or Export All Searches if you left the dates empty).
The Exports list shows each export's status. Once it's complete, download the ZIP from that list.
What's in the ZIP
business_search.csv: a flattened view with one row per registration, so a search that matched several registrations takes up several rows.business_search.jsonl: the full result of each search, one per line.A README that describes the files.
What's included
Business searches you ran one at a time and business searches from batch uploads, whether they were submitted through the API or the console.
Other products, like SCRA, MLA, DMF, or standalone lien searches, are not part of this export.
Large exports
One export can cover up to 10,000 searches. If more searches match, the request is rejected with a message asking you to narrow the date range. Split the period into smaller ranges (for example, one export per month) and run each one.
