What review and directory sources are included, and can I see whether a business is open?

found_reviews covers listings on Google Maps, Yelp, Trustpilot, and Tripadvisor. Each listing includes the rating, review count, and a match level indicating how confident we are that the listing is this business. With the full review option, the individual reviews are included as well.
Google listings also carry metadata under metadata: the business’s open state, operating hours, description, and category. Many customers use open state to flag businesses showing as permanently or temporarily closed for review, since that is a strong signal on its own.
found_directory_listings covers third-party sites that publish structured business profiles rather than reviews. That includes general business directories such as the Better Business Bureau, YellowPages, Superpages, Manta, and Buzzfile; data platforms such as ZoomInfo and Crunchbase; professional and trade directories such as Avvo, Healthgrades, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor, and Angi; corporate registries such as Bizapedia; and chamber of commerce and association member directories. Well over a hundred sites are recognized, and each listing records which site it came from along with the listed category, phone, email, and website.
Review platforms are handled separately: Yelp, Google, Trustpilot, and Tripadvisor listings appear under found_reviews, not under directory listings, so a business will not show up in both for the same site. Both feed the address, phone, and email match fields.
