Can we customize the rating criteria or create our own flags?

Yes - organizations can create and customize rating criteria based on the underlying information returned from the search.

Though our default KYB and Risk ratings run through Baselayer logic, we usually recommend our customers to build their own rules and flags tailored to their customer base and products.
