First, filter filings on status == "Active".

Then filter on filing_type:

• State tax liens: values starting with tax.state_ (tax.state_unemployment, tax.state_income_sales_franchise, tax.state_other)

• Federal tax liens: values starting with tax.federal_ (tax.federal_irs, tax.federal_estate, tax.federal_other)

• Local tax liens: values starting with tax.local_ (tax.local_property_tax, tax.local_other)

• Judgment liens: judicial.judgment
