How do you handle the document stamp tax required in FL and TN, and other pass through charges?

State filing fees and other charges during the filing process are paid on your behalf and billed at the end of each month. Your monthly invoice shows service, data, and pass-through fees together.

While Baselayer will pass through to your regular invoice any state filing fees, we will not pay any of the taxes associated with lien filing given this is an entirely separate process.

Documentary stamp tax in FL and TN in particular are handled separately and Baselayer is not involved in the process.
